Meet Our Team
Tracy
--
Tracy is the CEO and Co-Founder of Renovations of Distinction. Although only starting the company 2.5 years ago, Tracy has been in the construction industry for over 10 years. Renovations Of Distinction was formed out of a necessity to treat employees, sub-contractors & clients as family. Tracy's dedication and high level of care have been a fundamental component in the company's belief in excellent customer service. Tracy received her unlimited general contractors license in 2021 and serves as a Builder Member as well as a member of the National Association of Home Builders. Service to others has always been Tracy's top priority, as shown through her previous careers as a Dental Assistant and long term member of the United States Postal Service. When out of the office, Tracy enjoys traveling, trying new recipes, and spending time with her husband, Anthony, & 2 daughters.
Anthony

As the Co-Founder and Operations Director, Anthony brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a friendly face, who enjoys fostering relationships with partners and community members. Anthony’s dedication ensures that projects and tasks get completed in a timely manner. He is an asset to our Project Managers and the entire company as a whole. When Anthony isn’t in the office, you can find him working on his own home improvement projects, attending basketball and football games, and spending time with his family.
Brianna

As the Associate Operations Director, Brianna works to ensure our multifamily properties receive the highest-quality services that meet and exceed their expectations. Building from her 10+ years of experience in University Housing & Residence Life, Brianna brings new processes and knowledge to the company ensuring client and company needs are met. Overseeing scheduling, invoicing and communication channels with care are at the top of her priority list. Brianna received her B.A in English Literature and Political Science from East Carolina University and went on to receive her Masters degree from Florida International University, in Higher Education Administration. During her free time, Brianna enjoys cooking, running, volunteering with her church and book clubs.
Lauren

As the Office Manager, Lauren brings over 20 years of executive management and billing experience to the company. Lauren executes her vision to remain dedicated to assisting families and companies in resolving issues, specializing in effective communication, organization, and attentiveness to customers' needs. Lauren leverages these experiences to continuously learn, grow, and thrive in the face of new challenges, fostering both professional and personal development. Throughout her career, Lauren's strengths have been recognized through increased revenue, improved employee morale, and the facilitation of training opportunities and workshops for staff. While out of the office, Lauren enjoys pursuing her passion for artistic aesthetics.

As the Senior Project Manager, Matthew brings over 10 years of knowledge and expertise in the construction industry. He is a dedicated worker, with the ability to oversee projects from initiation to completion. With a B.S. in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton, Matthew brings new insight and ideas to the company and has successfully bid on several million-dollar projects. Matthew started off his career in plumbing and transitioned to exterior water intrusion and waterproofing. Matthew now works diligently putting together bid packages, overseeing subs, vendors, and on site management. While not at work, Matthew enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors with his wife and 3 children.

As one of two Field Supervisors, Christian’s prior experience as a Home Inspector for 4 years, taught him the insides and out of construction.Working in both commercial and residential real estate, Christian’s niche for identifying issues with new and existing construction and working with clients to resolve issues come as a great asset to the Renovations of Distinction team. Christian holds an Associates Degree in Culinary Science from Johnson & Wales University and an Associates Degree from Cape Cod Community College. Prior to Christian’s experience as a Home Inspector, he worked in the kitchen for 15 years in high volume and luxury establishments and held every job from dishwasher to Sous Chef within the kitchen industry. When Christian isn’t working, he enjoys playing golf, video games, fishing, and spending family time with his wife.
Sidney

As one of two Field Supervisors, Sidney began his construction career at 15 years of age and has accrued experience in many fields during his tenure. Having 10 years of experience in multi family homes and 6 years in maintenance experience. He enjoys renovation projects the most, as watching an old, outdated space become new and modern is something that never gets old to Sidney. His Certifications in OSHA, CPO, and EPA come as a great asset to the Renovations of Distinction team. During his free time, Sidney enjoys rock climbing, hiking, music and good food.
